Attentive service by the lady who checked us in & who kept the bar open for us, after a wedding.. Comfy beds, clean

Very clean and in lovely countryside right next to Scaling Dam and nature woodland.

Nothing at all. It was great.

The view was lovely.

The owners attitude was disrespectful as we were locked out through no fault of ours and had to find alternative accommodation for 1 night. The phone number given did not work. The owner eventually agreed to reimburse me however she has now blocked my number. There are no staff on duty overnight. The bar closed early. Food stopped at 5pm.

It was well located, very clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere. I had the best nights sleep!

Great breakfast, room was very clean and fresb. Staff although obviously under pressure due to staff shortages were friendly, helpful, polite and professional.

Booking procedure does not specify where in the property the rooms are or accessibility for people with mobility issues. Fortunately we were remembered by the very kind Lady (Sam) and were shown a room which was nearer reception and only one flight of stairs and she changed the one we had booked to this one. We will book direct in future.

Location, style, lovely staff, cleanliness.

No wardrobe. No hangers. Limited choice of first course at breakfast.
