The location was beautiful, lovely wide balcony over the lake and jetty. Rustic apartment down a cobbled lane. Beautiful views from all the rooms, large and airy, very old building with plenty of character. Host really helpful.

Arrived on Sunday pm so not able to buy food and drink until the next day which is awkward when self catering. Probably easier if you have a car than hike to small supermarkets, it's very hilly but adds to the charm.

The unit is very well located. It has beautiful views of the lake and overlooks and nice swimming spot. There are restaurants and bars are nearby (walking distance). The host left several appliances and coffee/sugar for our convenience.

Parking nearby can be tricky, it is difficult to identify non-reserved spots or just find free ones. There are quite a lot of steps to get to the unit. This is not an issue in itself but should be mentioned. :)

The view and waking up to the sound of the church bells is amazing. The hosts were very helpful.

The location is unbelievable. The oldness of this picturesque building. The serenity of the lake at your feet. The little harbour just outside. Magic and silent place, without a doubt

To be honest, it lacks a little bit of comfort inside the house. Some rugs in the floor would suit perfectly given that the floor is in mosaic and the house is rather cold inside

Amazing location and just as lovely as shown in the pictures and as written in the description. It is a large apartment with exceptional views, a fun spot to watch the boat traffic and with access to the water a few steps away. The balcony is large and also fairly private, being right above the water. The kitchen has the essentials and plenty of space to cook, as well as a large refrigerator and stove. It's also quiet there-- you can walk to the village and ferry dock easily, but the little harbor where the apartment is is very tranquil. The directions (including a link to a video) the host provided were very accurate and useful. The host was very responsive, answering my many questions through Booking.com messaging between 5 minutes and at most 60 minutes. It is about a 5-minute walk on a moderately steep cobblestone street to get to the front door, but totally worth it. There are very few truly lakefront/pied dans l'eau accommodations on Lake Como that don't require a short downhill walk to the shore, so recommend choosing this one. Well worth it.
