Hôtel attirant de l extérieur , personnel agréable . Mais l hôtel n est pas rénové et les photos ne montrent pas la réalité . Belle piscine . Salle de bain d u autre temps , tv ridicule , chambre minuscule . Mauvais rapport qualité / prix . Je ne conseille pas même si le personnel est adorable . Pas de restaurant sur place quand nous y étions

È mancata l'acqua calda. !!!!

Beautiful place. We stayed only one night in the end of our stay in Puglia where we were on honeymoon. Great service from the receptionist and she said we could eat at their own restaurant in the evening. Unfortunately that was a mistake that ruined the whole stay. We have to wait 45 minutes to even make the order. And when I asked about a menu alternative with many small dishes the waiter Giorgio simply said no. He was very stressed. When he came with the wine he didn’t let us taste it. He just poured it and left. The receptionist had to bring us the antipasti. I don’t think it was her job. When we got the main course we didn’t not get the grilled vegetables that was explained in the dish. He never came to our table so my husband had to go and ask about it. He then just gave my husband a glare and turned around and left. He was giving a larger group of people all the service. We waited over one hour extra to see if he would come with the vegetables or even just take our plates. He didn’t. So no dessert for us. He never even looked in our direction. We left 23:20 after watching all other guests get desserts and service. Giorgio was very arrogant and rude and should not work in a place like that. We would have come back if it weren’t for that restaurant experience.

A notre arrivée la demoiselle (très aimable, elle n'y est pour rien) nous a annoncé que la piscine n'était pas accessible en raison d'une soirée organisée ! Ensuite la chambre bien mais la salle de bain vétuste, la porte de douche cassée. Au restaurant, un seul dessert : " moelleux chocolat" contrairement à ce qu'annoncé la carte. Le petit-déjeuner pas digne de ce type d'hôtel, peu de choix et un café, pour un 2 ème il faut réclamer. De la musique passé 1 heure du matin. Reste le cadre par contre exceptionnel

La struttura è molto bella , la colazione buonissima, i letti comodissimi. Mi sento solo di dare un consiglio per le camere : mi aspettavo il bagno più bello ed eviterei l'angolo cucina che in una dimora di charme non è indicata.

Cordialità, ospitalità , sentirsi veramente accolti. Ho avuto un piccolo inconveniente con la mia autovettura e in pochi minuti mi hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema. Fantastici

Charming Masseria with lovely rooms. Great restaurant. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend.
