lo que no me gusto fue que no sean precisos en la habitación , si bien me dieron una buena habitacion , principalmente no era el confort que esperaba como en las imagenes se veia , entonces sean precisos

El check-in es a las 14 horas y nos dieron acceso a la habitación cerca de las 15 horas con el pretexto que la habitación no está lista fuera que el check-out es a medio día. E igual para salir, nos demoraron más 20 minutos con el transporte en la puerta cuando en sus términos de servicio dicen máximo 5 minutos.
