By far the best hotel in Nashville. The service is impeccable from the time you arrive at valet until you leave. Everyone greets you by your name. The rooms were large and clean the front desk staff was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Four Seasons is always a favorite. Staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. Food is fantastic and beds are legendary.
The property is world class and the service is unmatched. Rebecca was top notch at check-in and my server Devin at Mimo this morning rolled out the hospitality, and we had some great conversation. He’s an asset to your service team. My room was everything I expected. However, when I arrived there was a french fry on the floor under the TV, and the switches by the left hand side of the bed were malfunctioning. Additionally, there were some pills and other items in the bed frame. I would have given a lower cleanliness score but the common areas of the property were immaculate. I would still highly recommend this property and plan to stay again as I visit Nashville regularly.
