Muy bien y muy limpio

We rented 2 apts on ground and first floor. Second floor was quiet, but feels very small. Window view is to the back of another building so had to keep curtains closed at all times for privacy. Ground floor apt was not ready at 3:30pm when we arrived, you hear the front door of the building slamming day and night, and if that was not enough, smoke alarm was defective and went off multiple times at night. Property support (chat only) suggested we remove the battery, but the 10 foot ceiling is not exactly accessible. This was the first and last time we stay at Goya’s apt.

The Apartment was Great! New and Clean. Nicely appointed. Nice size. Great Location in Salamanca with lots of shops and restaurants. Safe Location. Only complaint was not receiving the check-in instructions prior to arriving. Had to call the helpdesk to complete the check in process which was quick and easy.

No me gusto que la cortina de la habitación no es black-out y entra mucha luz y tambiien el ruido de la calle

Me pareció muy bueno el concepto, la comunicación debería ser más facil. Muy comodo y práctico, solo la luz del baño que se prende automáticamente, tarda en apagar y con la puerta de vidrio, es muy molesto en la noche cuando alguno se para al baño

Excellent location and wonderful apartment, better than described and a hidden GEM!

Thoughtfully designed and supplied (there’s coffee, tea, sugar, water boiler, cookware and utensils, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, all kinds of soap). Even though the space is small, the layout and amount of storage space makes it practical. Beds and pillows are on the firmer side but still very comfortable. General area is safe, quiet, and convenient. I really liked my stay there, will choose to stay here again.

1)property does not have an elevator 2)check-in process coyld be a challenge. I just recommend people to do it in advance and nor in property

The area is extremely safe and quiet. The building is newer and the apartment was very clean and newly renovated. The instructions for how to access the apartment were very clear, but please note that you have to be somewhat tech-savvy (the building and apartment is accessed completely via your smartphone). The wifi worked great. I liked having a small kitchen for quick meals, and there is a Carrefour Express market right across the street - very convenient. The apartment was located very near the metro, so it was easy to get around, and there are lots of restaurants and shops in the area. I would definitely stay there again. My only (minor) complaint is that I was in Apartment 1, which is on ground level and faced the street. Whenever anyone entered and exited the building, the front door would slam shut loudly, and it was very loud. I got used to it, but the first few times it was very startling!
