USUSA very nice hotel, super clean, economical, and with extremely kind staff. Nobody speaks English, except for one single employee, who is stretched thin between this hotel and the adjacent Crown Plaza, so be patient if you need something, because they will need to fetch her to help. We loved the crispy bed linen, so cool and comfortable to sleep! Breakfast had many options, and was very satisfying. Finally, they personally drove us to the airport, which was extremely kind. Totally recommended
The only annoyance is that the laundry room washing machine can only be activated via We Chat. However much people claim that foreigners can use the app, it is absolutely not so easy to find someone to "guarantee" your registration when you are just a tourist, so no, foreign tourists cannot really use WeChat or any other Chinese apps, and we faced similar little obstructions on a daily level. This laundry service was just one of them.
