Nothing, everything was greater far above a average

It looks better than it functions. My phone wasn't working in my room (it wasn't properly connected). The touch screen lights don't go on and off at the first press, you have to press again and again. It's a refurb and it shows, some areas have the old paint still showing and it's just not luxe.... I guess you get what you pay for.

Despite Booking.com clearly stating that this hotel offered an airport shuttle service, I received ambiguous messages from staff prior to arrival. It turned out this hotel offers no airport shuttle service and the customer was left to organise transport to the hotel on their own. I was overcharged for my stay (well beyond the ‘secured’ quoted price) & they would not accept responsibility for this overreach let alone offer reimbursement.

The food is so nice i enjoyed it …..love the varieties of the meal both local and continentals .

they should separate the halal meal from non halal,and ADEQUATE PARKING SPACE FOR GUEST

Always yes! Great food. Room was spacious, breakfast had a wonderful selection everyday. Felt safe pool is nice. Very polite will defiantly stay here again!
