Road noise and local dog barking. Only double bed not queen size

Me gusta mucho la ubicación, la comodidad del lugar. Para la siguiente oportunidad, probaremos el restaurante, se veia bastante bien.

Las cortinas de la recamara no cerraban bien. Un detalle mínimo.

La habitación es limpia y la cama es muy cómoda, la decoración es agradable y moderna pero la habitación es pequeña con poca iluminación y poca ventilación. Hay un escritorio con silla para trabajo. Hay lo mínimo de jabón y toallas limpias. La señora que hace la limpieza muy amable fue quién me dio la llave y me pidió que la dejara en la puerta al salir. Para un día o dos de paso, si sólo es a dormir está bien pero el cuarto es muy pequeño como para pasar tiempo ahí.

Me contactaron por WhatsApp y no por booking, eso genera desconfianza. Esperé media hora al llegar aunque avisé la hora de llegada y la persona no contestaba por WhatsApp o Booking hasta que envío a la persona que hace la limpieza a entregarme la llave, en el café tampoco me dieron información. No me parece bien que no haya alguien administrando o pendiente de las necesidades de los huéspedes en el edificio. De martes a domingo está abierto un café en el mismo edificio (la admin. es diferente así que no incluye desayuno ni nada la estancia) y clases de yoga y otras actividades, por lo que hay gente entrando y saliendo del edificio sin que nadie supervise casi todo el día, y por la noche está muy solo, tanto el edificio como la calle y solo hay una reja con llave sencilla y la puerta del cuarto también tiene solo llave sencilla. Como han mencionado en otros comentarios, hay unos perros al lado que ladran toda la noche, no soy muy sensible a ruidos y fue bastante perturbador porque se pelean y lloran mucho, no es culpa de los perros pero es necesario mencionarlo, no dormí nada por eso y eso que me quedé en la habitación que no daba a la calle. Si eres una persona que no se molesta por detalles está muy bien, pero si te molestan los ruidos o te preocupa la seguridad y viajas sola puede ser incómodo.

The location was really really great. A block from Viveros and it felt super safe. Communication with staff ( through What's App) was timely.

Where to begin.... There was absolutely no sign indicating this was the correct place. I had to use What's App to communicate with the staff to verify it was the correct place. Once a cleaning lady let us in there was no further personal contact with any staff. The person messaging me said they would be by every day at 3 to empty the trash. That happened once in 6 days. The "terrace" "restaurant" and "breakfast" were all the same thing. Our room entrance was directly from the open air restaurant ( food and coffee not part of room payment) When I tried to get coffee there I was ignored for quite a while by the waiter and ended up going down the block for coffee. The noise from the restaurant woke my husband every morning and made it impossible for us to open the curtains due to a lack of privacy. (Maybe better in upper floors?). Someone in one of the rooms nearby had a dog that barked ALL NIGHT. The room was tiny and there was no where to sit and relax. If you are an early riser and ONLY looking for a bed and a shower I suppose this place works. If you like to chill and relax in bed in the mornings drinking a cup of coffee you did not have walk a block for, this is NOT that place.
