Es ist wirklich enttäuschend und für mich völlig unverständlich, dass ein Hotel dieser Größe – mit voll belegtem Parkplatz und offensichtlich vielen Gästen – nicht einmal einen Mitarbeiter oder wenigstens einen telefonischen Bereitschaftsdienst organisiert. Ich habe ein Zimmer reserviert, bin nachts angekommen und stand vor verschlossenen Türen. Niemand war erreichbar, keine Schlüssel hinterlegt, keinerlei Hilfe. Am Ende musste ich über 30 km zurückfahren, weil nach Mitternacht kaum noch ein anderes Hotel buchbar war. Interessant ist außerdem, dass offenbar nicht nur beim Personal gespart wird, sondern auch bei Dingen wie Wäsche und Frühstück.
