"5 star place, internet didn't work though"

Excellent place, great facilities, location was awesome, space is huge, room was perfect.

The only reason I wouldn't come back is because internet connection in our room never worked during the 2 days we stayed. We were told there were issues with internet provider in the street and that support was being contacted, but the issue never got solved. I was offered by the host to connect in an out-of-the-room common space but I wasn't willing to do so, first of all because of work meetings I couldn't host in public and second because internet connection was a service paid for in the booking.
