장점: 주차하기 쉬움. 천진항 가까움. 차를 가져오지 않은 고객에 대한 셔틀이 있는 것 같음. 프론트에서 거리가 먼 곳에 객실이 있는 경우 카트로 이동하는 서비스가 있음. 객실이 대체적으로 깨끗함. 레스토랑이 늦게까지 해서 늦은시간 뭔가 먹고싶을때 숙박객 할인도 받아서 먹을 수 있음. 숙소내에서 산책이나 훈데르트바서파크 방문등 외부로 나가지 않고 조용히 쉬고 싶은 사람들에게 좋음. 단점: 체크인 시간이 길고 무질서함.(성수기가 아니어서인지 직원이 한명인데 체크인 줄이 없고 대기했다가 먼저 앉으니 해주는 시스템이라 새치기 당한 순간 황당함. 직원은 자기 혼자라 먼저 온줄 몰랐다고 하는데 체크인 대기 할 수 있는 시스템이 마련되면 좋겠음. 체크인 시 옵션이 많은 투숙객일수록 설명할게 많아져서인지 대기시간이 길어짐.) 직원들의 교육이 필요해보임.(직원 휴게장소가 주차장인듯 주차장에서 투숙객이 있어도 직원 흡연 및 개인사생활 얘기를 쌍욕 섞어가며 서슴없이 함.) 객실의 오션뷰가 차이가 큼.(총 2박을 했는데 처음 배정받은 객실은 야자수에 가려져 있어 오션뷰가 거의 보이지 않았고 객실변경 요청후 다음날 객실은 블로그에서 보던 그 쾌청한 오션뷰로 바꿔줌. 객실 뷰가 중요한 사람은 요청사항에 뷰가 좋은 고층객실로 요청하면 좋을듯.)
