The view was spectacular, the room was amazing and had a home from home feel. I love breakfast brought to our room it was the best experience and a lovely spread. (Even covered us for a packed lunch sandwich for the afternoon). The cosy bar up the steps behind was our favorite drinking spot and so close. The team at the property were so lovely and welcoming thanks for that it really was a lovely relaxing break.

It didn't spoil it at all and there's nothing that can be done about it but I woke to the church bell a couple of times in the early hours

The location was great for exploring Altea old town. Receptionist was lovely, very accommodating provided us with extras, a proper kettle for the room. Hosts couldn’t do anymore for us.

Booked junior suite with a sea view for a couple nights. The room was a ground floor room, no balcony, or terrace. Restricted sea views. The only window and natural light was from a window on the external door. The room was located at a car park and next to alley way so there was a lot of people about and standing outside the property. We had to keep the window shutter on the door closed a lot for privacy. We booked this location to have lovely views and really never got what we expected. There was no English channels on the TV either. Our experience would have been so different if we were in another room on higher level to enjoy views.

We obviously made a mistake the room was too small the tv was in an awkward position the heater was blowing down on the bed there was no window in the room the bathroom was freezing the car park was 250metres away up and down a hill we did not like anything .the only breakfast we had was plentiful.

We did not enjoy anything and left the next day the lady was a nice person but the room and bathroom the position of the tv and heater was all wrong there was a toaster but no kettle in the room How they can call this a suite I do not know hotel rooms and bathroom are much better I feel we wasted our money.

Ingrid is an exceptional member of staff who made us really welcome,. She was always delightful and helpful. The apartment was lovely with amazing views and the best breakfast ever served to our apartment every morning. Located near the main square in the Old Town,there are superb restaurants nearby,as well as lovely independent shops to browse

No fault of the apartments, but the climb from the car park is quite grueling. There should be warnings that it isn't really suitable for anyone who is unfit.
