The shower should be se separated from the bathroom, the floor gets wet and slippery.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. We were looking for a clean place to rest before going over the boarder the next day and this property delivered. Breakfast was good. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel and the area, although barren, seemed safe.

DENew hotel not far from city center with amazing views of Mount Ararat. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with great variety and incredible views of Mount Ararat from rooftop restaurant. Great value for money.
No shelves in bathroom. A bedside lamp would be a nice addition.

- Friendly and helpful staff - Clean room - Beautiful roof terrace with stunning views - Private parking in front of the hotel - Room very noisy, the hotel is located directly on the main road - Generally the hotel is very noisy - No air conditioning and no fridge in the room - no real soundproof windows - Room could not be completely darkened as a curtain was missing. - After showering, the bathroom was flooded because the shower was not separated and the water did not drain off properly. - WLAN OK, but not everywhere receivable (e.g. roof terrace). - Hotel looks very sterile and i has the impression that the money has run out and it has not been completely furnished.
