No quisieron realizarme la factura por la estancia, ni por el monto total ni por el monto que el lugar recibe menos la comisión de la aplicación. Y necesitaba la factura fiscal. Primera vez que al usar esta app no me da factura el lugar en el que me hospedo.

muy mala experiencia. si bien el personal de seguridad es amable y servicial, ellos no son administrativos y no saben nada. me comuniqué a servicio al cliente con nancy de la cruz y me trató con arrogancia y altanería y no me quisieron dar factura
