Room could have done with a good deep clean

We booked 2 rooms, in one room 303 AC did not work. The evening staff helped fix, but it only ran minutes. It was an unpleasant experience in the June night without AC

Rooms is 16m2,not 30m2, as cheaters wrote in booking.com.but I'm asked to cancel booking, no reason to live in hotel, what cheat in advance. Personel trying to charge payment anyway, better, don't share card details with this cheaters

Location is very good) Rooms are clean and big.

All voices and noise was heardable from outside. Hair dryer was awful.

Almost everything is very good in this hotel....we especially want to thank Bilal and Dervish, from the staff, The breakfast, which is included with the room cost, is exceptional.....other things like wifi, air-conditioning, cold water/coffee and tea in the lobby, and location are great. This hotel was recently renovated, which is another plus.

The only downside is the lack of elevator....but, you can't have everything!
