The staff and location were superb. The view from the room and dining area was exceptional. Many thanks to the chef as the food was exceptional.

Transport to and from the city centre was a little tricky, however the General Manager went above and beyond to sort us out.

Fantastic value. Excellent service , particularly the roof top restaurant . Out of town so quiet and relaxed .

Our three-night stay at Burj Baneria was truly unforgettable. Perched in a beautiful spot overlooking Lake Pichola, the property offers an unobstructed view that is simply breathtaking—especially during sunrise and sunset when the lake shimmers in golden hues. The homestay strikes a perfect balance between traditional Rajasthani charm and modern comfort. Every corner of the property reflects thoughtful design, with tasteful décor that feels both authentic and elegant while still offering all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. What truly makes Burj Baneria special, however, is the warmth of the hosts. As a boutique homestay where the hosts also reside on the property, it feels less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into a beautifully curated home. They are always around to ensure guests are comfortable, offering thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality that make the experience feel very personal. The atmosphere throughout the property is serene and aesthetic—perfect for relaxing after exploring the vibrant city of Udaipur. Whether enjoying the tranquil views of the lake or simply soaking in the peaceful ambience, every moment here felt special. Without a doubt, Burj Baneria is a place we would love to return to, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and memorable stay in Udaipur.

Quaint, but absolutely stunning property. The rooms are couple-sized, but the hosts are very warm, welcoming and thorough professionals. Gorgeous view from the rooftop restaurant. Must definitely spend an evening there and have dinner. The food is delicious as well. Delighted to have stayed there. The only downside was that we booked it for only 1 night. Would have wanted more.
