I would have given 9/10 review BUT there was one tiny issue which you need to read below

All was excellent, just 1 issue. If you good a Mountain view room and pay more for it on booking.com, the hotel does not understand that they have to honour it. Also booking.com couldn't help me. Finally I didn't get the Mountain view room but until the point I got the room, they made me go through a lot of anxiety. The reservation team who replies to message on booking.com were totally useless and dont get the concept of honouring what you book. (Sorry to use that word!!)
