Dells Park Motel

Staff was friendly and responsive. Building is in need of maintenance work, old and worn out. Outdoor steps have torn/worn carpet. Ice machines very old and unavailable. Bed was comfy and clean.

Musty smell, ill-equipped, and questionable cleanliness, especially the carpet, which would make sock feet dirty.

Place was run down but for price it didn't bother us. What bothered us is we had no soap, shampoo or anything towels for 1 and I dropped something looked under bed and i don't think it's been vacuumed ever. Red stain on fitted sheet of one bed, food from god knows when was in refrigerator. No Wi-Fi at least we didn't find a password anywhere?? I would stay here again though. But I definitely would check room before you unpacked.

Very friendly staff and they let us pick out our room and check in early.

The people were super friendly and helpful. It was my 1st time staying in that area and asking a few simple questions of the owners gave me all the help I needed. I will be going back and staying there again.

I really enjoyed the popcorn left under the sheets when I went to get into bed. Pretty sure the sheets were not laundered since the last guests were in the unit. Shower did not drain well stood in water for the whole thing. Stairs to upper level felt like you could fall through looked to be pretty rotted.

Bed bugs eat up all nite

It would be nice if they would be more clear about what is and is not included with their rooms. They no longer provide water park passes but it is still listed on the coupon books they give you when you get there. They have an ice bucket in the room and directions to where you can get ice but when you go there, there is no ice. It’s cheap for the area so that is still nice but there is another hotel two blocks away for close to the same price that at least has an indoor pool. Next time I will stay there instead.

We had an outside walk up with the snow not removed from the stairs. The guy at the front desk trying to get me to pay again and if I hadn’t printed my receipt itineraries I would’ve had to give her money again to pay for the room twice. The beds were comfortable the room was clean

Owner was very nice, called ahead of time to see if we would prefer upper or lower level and an approximate ETA. Room was clean, great value.
