a polite and helpful girl working at reception and securities were helpful.

that was absolutely awful when I had to stay in a dirty room. all beds smell bad. ni hot water. placed in a noisy area without good enough isolation in doors and windows. hard to find for delivery and book taxies. We booked here for 3 nights, and these circumstances forced us to leave after 2, however.
