"Convenient, Friendly but Noisy"

The Palace Inn was located near IAH which made it a good location for staying before an early morning flight. The staff reception person was very welcoming and friendly.

While the location near the airport was great, the noise of planes landing overhead was not so great. This was a noisy location, not good for a light sleeper.

"Good for a quick overnight between flights."

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed to make changes to my room due to broken heat.

The heat in my room was not working, but the staff was quick to move me to a different room. I was visiting during the huge cold snap, so it was imperative that I had working heat!

"Exceptional"

This place is a wonderful surprise. It is much more than I expected. It is recently remodeled and beautifully designed in modern style. I truly appreciate immaculate cleanliness, comfortable bedding, and friendly, responsive staff. It is conveniently located close to the IAH. The receptionist is especially kind and helpful and made me feel so welcome. I am happy with this experience!

I truly enjoyed everything.
