Manipulated user review rating hotel 🤚🏿 Very very basic services and clumsy & compact rooms but how this hotel get 9.4 rating on Booking.com. It’s a matter of surprise. Booking.com must review how these hotels get 9.4 ratings. Normal people will be confused. Otherwise this hotel should have only 7.0 point rating on Booking.com. It is a very very serious issue for trusted traveller like us on Booking.com. How these hotels get 9.6 very surprising, otherwise this hotels deserve not more than 7.0 point rating, now everything is clear to everyone. View of nature is face saving of this On road hotel . "Great value for money- possibly the best hotel in Ranikhet"

Clean comfortable and tasteful decor. The room had amenities that many four star don't. The corner room has a walk around balcony with a grand view of the valley. Helpful staff. Reasonably priced restaurant

Property was good Rooms were good with respect to size Slippers were provided

The location of the property was very disappointing. The road which connects to the hotel was very bad Hotel staff was not that helpful or polite
