No TV. Difficult to work oven - no instructions and very complicated. No separate microwave. No electric kettle. We had to beg for a second gate opener for the secure complex. There should be at least 2 available.

Proximity to the beach - excellent. Neat and well equipped although a little on the small side for 6 people.

Requested a top sheet for the beds and was told that it was not available. A duvet in summer is ridiculous. Mattress protector and base sheet were ill fitting. Was very noisy due to close proximity of neighbours. Inadequate parking. Most people drive large 4x4 and as a result stuck out into the road.
