Lisbon 20 Modern Flat

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat eine gute Lage um Lissabon zu erkunden. Für Leute die mit dem Auto anreisen gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Die Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes von einer Woche ließ sich die Balkontür nicht verschließen, was einem im ersten Stock kein gutes Gefühl gibt. Trotz Reklamation wurde dies nicht behoben. Ausserdem wurde nur ein Satz weißer Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.... die Zusage diese zwischendurch zu tauschen wurde nicht eingehalten. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist gut, das Bett könnte aber breiter als 140 cm sein.

Location was perfect for our short visit. The Flat has is nice and airy and has good view to the street and surrounding area and was close to all shops and restaurants.

Only small thing was that my wife felt the one carpet could have been a little cleaner otherwise the flat was spick and span.

The AC didn’t work, and despite asking several times to have it fixed, no one addressed it.

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue profundamente decepcionante y me veo en la obligación de dejar una reseña para advertir a futuros huéspedes. Al llegar, nos encontramos con una situación de higiene claramente inaceptable: la sábana y la funda de almohada presentaban manchas amarillentas (aunque imagino que habían sido lavadas, su estado no debería haber superado ningún control de calidad y, sencillamente, no tendrían que haberse colocado). La taza del váter estaba sucia, con restos de orina por fuera, y había suciedad visible en un rincón del cuarto de baño. Aunque avisamos de inmediato (adjuntando fotos) y al día siguiente enviaron al personal de limpieza, el daño ya estaba hecho. Nuestra primera noche quedó arruinada por un incidente tan desagradable como evitable. Sinceramente, esperas mucho más de un alojamiento de esta categoría. Lo mínimo es poder relajarse en un entorno limpio y cómodo, sin tener que gestionar problemas de higiene desde el minuto uno. Fue una experiencia realmente frustrante. Aclaro que no pedí ninguna compensación, más allá de que se subsanaran las deficiencias. Me basta con ejercer mi derecho de reclamación y presentar queja formal ante la agencia de consumidores, para que al menos se exija a los responsables del alojamiento que cumplan con sus obligaciones. Lo más grave, sin embargo, ocurrió tras nuestra salida. La dirección del alojamiento nos ha acusado injustamente de causar desperfectos y nos exige el pago de 110 €. Consideramos esta acción un burdo y evidente intento de adelantarse a nuestras quejas legítimas. Aunque el personal fue amable al tratar de resolver el problema inicial, la gestión posterior por parte de la administración ha sido inaceptable. Acusar a un huésped de causar daños inexistentes como represalia por una queja válida es una práctica totalmente intolerable. Ahora sí voy a exigir una compensación por las deficientes condiciones higiénicas y el malestar ocasionado.

Todo nuevo, amplio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días a gusto. Además ha sido silencioso y hemos dormido muy bien. Buena ubicación, no en en centro histórico pero muy bien comunicado en metro.

Que no supimos regular la temperatura del aire acondicionado.

Free parking outside between 7pm and 9am but i find out lately.

Smell in the living room caused by the not well working refrigerator. Spiopery in the shower area and missing small soap in the bathroom Parking place in the underground, i damaged the car due to not working lights properly between yhe levels. Extra cost with damages. 3km from the Rosdi place.

The apartment is clean and situated within walking distance to 4 different metro and convenient enough. It’s quiet but some night the neighbors made loud noises till 2.30am, though not any fault of the apartment itself. There’s a big El Cortes Englais nearby which sell best fruits and vegetables, and meat etc. There lots of supermarkets nearby also. Love the fact the washing machine works well and drying rack to dry washing.

Balcony door can’t be locked and slippery shower. There’s various other issues which should be easily resolved by the management team.

Spacious and modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Lisbon, in close proximity of the airport Metro. Great communication and assistance from the host.
