Noise at night from all the pub music did not stop before 2 am. One of the beds was broken and dipped badly on one side. Only one toilet and shower in a house for 9 people

Great location super close to the major bus stop and a pretty park. You are within walking distance of pretty much everything downtown.

The water temperature regulation was a little wonky, we had plenty of hot water but it was actually TOO hot (as in, burns to touch) and wouldn’t turn down to a normal warm.

The location was central, which may be convenient for some travellers though it comes with a lot of noise late into the night.

Usually, when I have a bad experience, it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, as I know reviews are subjective. But I believe this property absolutely warrants it due to the poor condition and misleading listing. I booked through Booking.com after reading the description and policies carefully. A few days before arrival, I received a call asking for exact check-in and check-out times. I explained check-in was from 3pm, as stated. The property uses automated check-in, so I found the call odd. Then I was asked to pay a €300 damage deposit, something I’ve never encountered in over 8 years of frequent travel. It wasn’t clearly listed under policies and was only mentioned in the “Other Information” section. I questioned why this wasn’t covered by insurance. On the day of arrival, I messaged twice asking for the code. I was told it would only be sent just before 3pm. I then received a payment link via text (not Booking.com), and they refused to release the code without payment. I felt forced to pay via a third party link I didn’t trust. I also tried calling several times via WhatsApp but was ignored, despite them messaging me at the same time saying they were “on another call.” Communication was evasive and frustrating. WhatsApp messages came from a +63 number (Philippines) and calls from +91 (India), which felt very odd considering the property is in Ireland. The property itself was dirty with stained carpets, scuffed walls, and paint damage. The bed was so uncomfortable it took me over 3 hours to fall asleep. It felt tilted, possibly a memory foam mattress that had worn down badly over time. Music played until 12:30 to 1am (didn't bother me, but it did affect other guests). There’s no parking, you have to use an unsecured paid car park 5 minutes away. The listing says there’s a living area, but there isn’t, just an outdoor sofa under a leaking plastic roof, surrounded by painted OSB board. Very poor standard overall.

Location was perfect and apartment was clean and tidy

Location is amazing. Check in was simple. Staff were excellent for communication.

It could have been cleaner and the it's was a little bit run down in parts with paint missing or tiles chipped.

Outdoor area was amazing. The beds were very comfy. The location was great. Close to all amenities etc.

We were just there for the night would have been nice to have toilet roll there. As there were 9 of us 1 bathroom wasn’t ideal
