Un lugar muy cómodo, limpio y tranquilo. El personal es excelente, son muy atentos y están siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea. Eduardo nos ayudó con un tour y todo súper bien.

Un par de ocasiones se fue la luz, pero fue muy breve. No está muy cerca del centro pero los taxis son económicos.

Chambres très petites avec peu de rangement pour 4 personnes. Terrasse sans intimité, grande proximité avec les voisins. Forte odeur d’égout lors de notre séjour. Un peu éloigné du centre de Bacalar. Attention des clous sur le parking

El servicio en recepción bastante bueno. Me encanta que tengan café caliente y agua a la mano (a cualquier hora) a disposición del huesped. La decoración y toques del hotel me gustaron mucho. El shampoo y acondiconador que encuentras en la ducha es excelente. (difícil encontrar algo bueno en los hoteles) y este es bastante bueno!!! :) nos encantó.

La limpieza no estaba del todo perfecta. El aire acondicionado no enfríaba muy bien. La cancelería hacia el balcón no tiene segurito. (Dio un poco de temor dejar nuestras cosas personales con confianza) porque los balcones colindan con la habitación del costado fácilmente. Deberían mejorar eso. Es un servicio de seguridad que a todo huesped le gusta. Ojalá pronto pavimenten la calle del hotel. Es bastante rudo manejar para entrar. Quizá comenzar con el área de estacionamiento.

Everything was great! The value of this hotel was wonderful, better than I expected given the price. The staff were wonderful. Stephy was sweet and super helpful and even helped us pick a quieter room, since I am a light sleeper. Carlos was also very helpful organizing taxis for us - all around great stay! Walking distance to a nice beach club, and 30 minutes from the center, with an easy path that walks alongside the laguna!

Es un hotel decorado con buen gusto y su personal es atento y amable. Especial mención merece Eduardo, nos orientó para conocer lo mejor de Bacalar.

Del hotel me gustó todo. Lo que sugiero es alquilar coche si te hospedas fuera del centro de Bacalar. Alma de Zorro tiene aparcamiento 🅿️
