Personale super disponibile. Mi hanno risolto anche un problema per il trasferimento successivo anche se non era dovuto. Ti senti a casa. Ottime escursioni organizzate direttamente dalla struttura con prezzi competitivi. Posto magnifico isolato dal centro città ma comunque molto vicino per passeggiare e trovare il vostro posto per mangiare. Camere molto grandi e pulite. Lo consiglio per vivere a pieno un'incontro vero con questo magnifico posto.

El personal del hotel es demasiado amable, la ubicación es muy buena: queda cerca a la parte principal de Goreme, a un lugar para aprender a hacer café y al lugar donde salen los globos (se pueden incluso ver de cerca desde el hotel). Tiene un estilo acogedor y el desayuno se siente muy auténtico y hogareño. Nos apoyaron a reservar los tours y fueron espectaculares!!

Estuve una noche y no arreglaron mi habitación, no tengo claro si fue una equivocación o parte del servicio como tal.
