Hotel Fraye Nashville, Curio Collection By Hilton

Unfortunately I do not know much about the hotel. My wife and I were informed two days before our arrival that the hotel was overbooked and our prepaid room is no longer available. We appreciated the Hotel Fraye rebooking us at another hotel down the street. That is where the positives end. Our hotel room was prepaid with points and The Hotel Fraye never compensated the other hotel for our stay. So we were asked to pay $650 at the new hotel for the last minute booking. I have tried for a week to contact billing and general management with no response. Seems like an easy fix, but I guess the leadership team cannot be bothered.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and there was lots of choice of dishes. Would definitely stay there again.

Unpacked for 3 day stay and found toilet clogged. No assistance available at 1030p. No assistance offered but was told only option was to pack up and move to another room. Expert very poor service level if you brave staying here.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. Crew was quick and efficient.
