Every thing is great. Good choice for staying at Trabzon.

Laundry was too expensive.

Furkan was simply exceptional. He helped me book all my tours and I booked three different ones for each day that I was staying in Trabzon. He picked an excellent company for me and more than that, he dropped me off and picked me up from the location where the tour van was going to swing by. I would ask him for recommendations or help with seeing things, he went above and beyond in making my stay comfortable. Oh the place where he ordered the baklava, omgoodnesssss, it was soooooooo good. I am missing that baklava now that I'm back home in Kentucky, U.S.. This is definitely a newer property and the features in the room are top notch. It's about 15-20 minutes away from the city center which was an affordable cab ride. The atm machine was a two minute walk from the hotel which is super convenient. I ABSOLUTELY loved my stay and the views are quite serene. I wanted a peaceful and calm area to stay in and the ability to walk near the Black Sea. This was perfect for me because I could easily walk along the sea in the morning and there are a couple restaurant options near by. You do have to plan your dinner meal a little ahead of time if you plan to be on an all day tour because near the hotel, the places close relatively earlier than being in the city center. If you ask the staff to make sure you're able to get dinner ahead of time, they'd be more than happy to help you. Otherwise, going to the city center is always an option.

Great place. I would like to highlight the service from a girl in the reception, i couldnt take her name but she was very helpfull and supportive employee, i would like to thank her for her excellent efforts she deserve 5 stars employee.

Staff was so welcoming. Room had 2 sperate place and enough big. Room was clean and excellent sea view.

Should ask for housekeeping otherwise not done. So much noise and you should close the window otherwise highway crowds will disturb you.
