Arden Villa, sleeps 8, moments from the golden sandy beach of Ryde

Just a couple of things.no place mats and no tongues for cooking only massive bbq ones.

Love the size of it and garden.

Wish the master bedroom had the sea view and there were 2 king beds.

Great accommodation, very close to the sea and town. Couldn't ask for more. We had a great time and it made a good base for walking the coastal route. Be aware, lots of stairs in the house, so need to be fully mobile. I would recommend.

It was just as the photo were. Near the beach great garden Spacious ,sea view ,walk to town was really easy

Characterful building, close to the beach and within easy reach of ferry and the rest of the island. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, some bedrooms have sea views. The main bathroom is lovely, modern with an excellent walk-in shower. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large dining table suitable for family get-togethers. We also enjoyed barbecuing and eating in the outside dining area.

The bathroom on the top floor is rather small and the taps rather squeaky, the shower there is hand held and not very convenient so we all used the main bathroom for showering. Black out blinds would help with sleeping in some of the bedrooms where the early morning sun streams in and wakens you at 4.00am. The stairs would benefit from easy-to-see edging strips to make them safer, especially those down to the kitchen. The garden is large and could be lovely with a bit more TLC.
