كل شيء كان مميز من حيث تعامل الموظفين و لطافتهم و اهتمامهم بالنزلاء سواء في الاستقبال او في المطعم او في الخدمات الأخرى و إذا لديك اي ملاحظة يقومون بالاهتمام بها بالسرعه الممكنه و تلبية احتياجاتك و نظافة المنتجع و الفعاليات و الأنشطة الترفيهية متنوعه و النادي الصحي و يوجد 3 مطاعم مختلفة و اود ان اشكر جميع الموظفين خصوصاً shyad كان معنا طوال إقامتنا و Ahmed medhat في المطعم و shakawat قام بترتيب الغرفة لمناسبتي الخاصة و basheer التقيت به أثناء إقامتي و كوتي من سيريلانكا يقوم بإعداد المشروبات في المطعم و Ali في المطعم ايضاً و Vinay شيف ممتاز و أكله لذيذ و Ramesh في النادي الصحي و Ahmed من مصر و الجميع بدون استثناء وانصح من يحتاج للهدوء و الاستجمام و قضاء وقت رائع الذهاب للمنتجع و الاستمتاع بالوقت الذي سيقضيه هناك .

خصوصية الغرفة بالنسبة للمسلمين حيث يمكن للساكنين في الفيلا المائية التي بجانبك مشاهدتك أثناء نزولهم للبحر و ايضاً من يقوم بالمرور امام الفيلا سواء جيت سكي او قارب ولا يمكن للمرأة النزول وأخذ راحتها في المسبح و قمت بتمرير الملاحظه للموظفين و شاهدت رد فعل سريعة و تقبل الملاحظة و اخذها بجديه .

We truly enjoyed the privacy the resort provided, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to our butler, Martini, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The Fun Club added so much excitement to our experience, even helping us arrange a wonderful dolphin encounter. Special thanks as well to the amazing staff at Fahrenheit Restaurant and Mojito Bar for their outstanding service. We deeply appreciate everyone who took care of all our needs and made our stay truly unforgettable.
