We really liked the location. The apartments were beautiful, modern, and newly furnished.

There is no air conditioning in the apartment. It is not possible to open the window because trains start running early in the morning, and the railway tracks are located very close to the apartment building.

The apartment and its location were excellent. The views from the balcony were great. Everything we needed was conveniently available nearby. It was a great place for a family.

We enjoyed the location, view, room design & comfort. Truly beautiful.

The staff were great. Loved the location with easy excess to metro and ferry bussen. Close to supermarkets and cafes. Having a washing machine was great

We didn't like that there were no windows only doors that you couldn't leave open, it got quite hot. We were on ground floor, when curtains were open, no privacy to bedroom.

1.住宿空間寬敞，通風 2.有廚房並備有齊全廚具，調味料需自備 3.備有洗衣機，洗滌劑需自備 4.門窗緊閉時隔音效果佳 5.距離大眾交通運輸，包含捷運和渡船近，走路約5分鐘 6.附近有3間超市，採買方便

1.因為新興區域，固有許多工地，景觀較不佳 2.某些房型正對捷運路線，捷運列車行駛頻繁，約2-3分鐘一班，對聲音及震動敏感者，務必列入考慮，門窗緊閉時，可屏蔽約9成聲量。 3. 氣味，這是我最在意的一點。不確定垃圾管道間和電梯管道間是否有什麼相通處，搭電梯時會聞到異味，令我感到不適，尤其是行程結束返回旅館，一進電梯就聞到異味，蠻影響心情的。另外水槽也會有管道竄上來的異味，所以我都是一回房間就先開門窗散味道。我是對味道敏感的人，所以這蠻影響我的住宿體驗的。
