Memoria Lisboa FLH Hotels

The coffee/tea & pastries available throughout the day in living room. The location was perfect. The room was ideal. Breakfast was plentiful, great variety. Staff were welcoming and efficient ( apart from one member) Welcome note and chololates

On arrival, there was no one at reception so we could not check in. I had informed property of approximate arrival time (22.30-23.00). Rang the hotel several times while waiting in lobby. No answer. Finally @23.00 a member of staff strolled down, no apology and checked us in. When we arrived at room the keycard did not work. Back down to reception and again no apology before validating it.

La prima colazione varia e con prodotti di prima qualità; i piatti e i bicchieri ricordano quelli di una casa nello spirito dell'hotel FLH (Feels like home). La posizione è centrale ma defilata, comoda e tranquilla, appena sotto il Castello. Il personale è disponibile e garbato.

L'aria condizionata negli spazi comuni e, soprattutto, nella sala colazione è un po' forte.

The hotel is in a great location, it feels peaceful. Nice, helpful staff and a very delicious breakfast.

This hotel was perfect for our stay! Great location and beautiful room. I loved that breakfast was included and they had a great variety of options. Comfortable, clean, and so much charm!

The room was on the small side but perfect for our needs!
