La ubicación, en pleno centro (Eyre square) y todos los puntos de interés. Detalles de cafe, té, azúcar, y cereales para los niños. Camas cómodas aunque hay una habitación bastante pequeña. A pesar de ser zona centro la calle es peatonal (sin salida) y muy tranquila. Menaje suficiente y bien equipado de electrodomésticos (tostador , microondas , lavadora..etc)

El check in supuestamente era a las 15:00 y nos dijeron que no podíamos entrar hasta las 16:00. El check out a las 11:00, cada vez se acortan mas los tiempos de estancia.

Very easy to access and great communication from the host.

hot water could have been hotter but that is only a minor detail with 7 people in the apartment.

The location is great, and the staff were very helpful when needed.

Bedroom two has zero space. It’s almost worth a slightly smaller bed rather than a bed and no room for anything else. No place to put bags, clothes, etc.

Location was perfect. Property was great size to accommodate 5 or more people with nice amenities.

There was no hairdryer and the hot water was complicated to turn on but worked after we figured it out.

Extremely dirty. Floors sticky and dirty. Lip marks and drink residue on glasses, food crumbs on the table and plates, mattresses are so old and are falling apart. There was so much dirt my kids and I had to sleep on top of the doonas. It is noisy but that's to be expected for the location so I didn't mind that. The worst was the stench from the bathroom. I did message the hosts who did send someone out the next day to try and fix it but as the person said the next day it's just the street. The smell is so bad you can taste it. We had to have the door closed to the bathroom the entire time and the window open but you could still smell it coming out. Absolutely the worst day I've ever had. I would rather stay far away and make my way in for the day, then stay in a good location. I've been travelling the world and have never experienced anything like this.

complementary drinks, location was excellent just off Eyre Square. Beds were comfortable and everything you needed in the house.

Requested extra duvets for sleeping on sofa but they never arrived. Wasn't a big deal.
