Honey Cottage

Everything is great! The place was very beautiful, cozy and clean. It is an exceptional place. It's very close to the train station and to the Marmeid st. It was delicious to spend some days at such cozy place in the wonderful city of Rye. I really loved the experience.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Lovely towels. Chocolates on arrival was a nice treat.

No terrestrial TV - you had to sign in to apps.

We had been contacted to be told that the property was ready earlier than agreed which was a nice surprise. Instructions were thorough and easy to follow. The beds were beautiful as was the decor generally. We loved the log burner and courtyard garden. Beautiful bolt-hole. I’d definitely visit again.

Nothing. Communication and arrival was perfect, as was checking out as we were kindly granted a later check out.

The stay was ruined when we went to cook our evening meal that they cooker was not working all out of action. On speaking to the owners they were aware of the problem . Promises to provide alternative cooking facilities never arrived. We left a day early because we were FED-UP with making do. A Holiday ruined (lack of support or offer of refund) Not even sorry I feel if you are letting your property you should completely fill the brief of what one can expect . DID NOT

See above and tell them to get their act together or take them off you letting list. I does show Booking. com up very poor. And will think twice before using Booking. com again.
