Stunning property, everything we needed, great location for a hen party and near all the nightclubs. Decoration was 10/10

Nice appearance, great location

Tiny fridge for a group of 7, it is advertised to accommodate up to 12 & it has a very small fridge, the radiators are all electric, some worked fine & some of the bedroom ones didn’t work at all, the shower in the main bathroom was poor, difficult to operate, luke warm water at best, the worse part of our stay was the key situation, partly our own doing as one of our group managed to go to bed with the key in his pocket, after about an hour of trying to contact him via phone etc we contacted the property out of hours service to which we were told we would have to pay £72 to be let in, at 4am in the morning I was in no position to argue due to the fact it was freezing cold outside, then after checkout I was contacted to say it was actually £72 per hour & it took the member of staff 1 hr 45 mins to get to the property so we would be charged £144, maybe she was coming from Scotland? At least once we got in we soon warmed up with the non working radiators in the bedrooms

Location was great. Apartment was spacious, modern and had everything we needed.

Everything was absolutely fine

I travelled with myself and 11 other men on a stag do. Trying to keep 12 blokes happy is hard work - but Town View Apartment done the trick. You’re right where you want to be - pub over the road is cheap and cheerful and shows sport too. Everything else is in walking distance - from the station (Blackpool North) to all the bars and clubs you’d want. Enough room for everybody and zero complaints.

Look, it’s Blackpool and the bars are open until 4am - especially Galleon bar next door. If you’re looking for a quiet night in - this ain’t the place. But that’s not the hosts fault - just a fair-weather warning. Certainly would recommend to any stag, hen or event where you’re looking to party it up. Was a bit chilly but there’s radiators if you’re really that worried.

The apartment was lovely and very spacious, and the kid's loved it. Location was great and a lovely view of the tower out the window.

Although the week started off great however towards the end we had a quite bad leak in the onsuite bathroom. The owner was great and came straight round to sort and had plumbers round. While this was all happening throughout the day we were out from lunchtime till late. When we got back the door was open and we thought plumbers were still in property so we checked and no one was there! So whoever left the property either plumbers or owner had not shut the door properly. After 4 weeks of constant calls to sasco, cctv was sent and shows plumbers were last to leave so in all its our word against theirs and my complaint has not been taken seriously at all as this was a security issue as the apartment was left unlocked and open for public to see leaving our belongings at risk. We will not be going back or dealing with any of sasco propertys again. I have been made to feel that I'm lying and this put a sour end to our holiday.
