I loved every detail of this apartment! The host is absolutely amazing—very attentive and understanding, always responding to my questions and handling everything with kindness. The apartment itself is wonderful and comfortable, and the building even has a perfect gym. The neighbors are quiet, and the whole place is peaceful. My stay was truly enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend!”

The absolute worst stay I have ever had. It had already started badly with poor communication and the cleanliness but when the hairdryer set on fire it really was tipping point! Not only was the property not clean (empty co*dom wrappers in the draws, oven not cleaned, black hairs all over the floor) the shower fell down and then when I turned the hairdryer on it burst into flames. They weren't remotely interested in the danger of this and have not offered me any type of apology or compensation because 'we offered to bring another one later that day' I stay away for work weekly and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

De rust

Hm, de locatie is niet echt wat het hoort te zijn. Host heel moeilijk te contacteren. Was nog bezig toen we aankwamen. Bed veel te klein voor 2 personen en sofa is dringend aan vervanging toe. Bestek en afdruiprekje verroest.

The apartment was amazing and had everything you needed for a few nights stay. It really felt like a home from home. The host was amazing and was in regular contact leading up to the booking.

Directions to check in could be slightly clearer as there is a street with the same name as the apartment name. But otherwise it was perfect.

The space inside the flat

Entrance to the building - code did not work and no one answered calls or texts to gain entry. Disgusting overpowering stench of rotting chicken upon entering the flat that had overtaken entire apartment. Smell was so bad I could not stay and had to find alternative place to sleep. No refunds offered despite them not providing habitable place to stay. Multiple stains all over the sofa. Smelly blanket left on the sofa to add decor but it was gross. Hair in bedsheets and bobbly overused sheets. It was just disgusting.

I've been in the road for 30 years since coming out of the forces. I can honestly say I've spent time in cleaner and more comfortable fox holes. Access from 2, arrived at three to be left waiting until 5 before being given the door codes. Floor, worktops and all touchpoints sticky. Absolutely Horrid. Emails, voicemails and phones calls completely ignored. Do not confuse MK Short Say with Short Stay MK as i did. You will regret it!
