Pillows were very flat, mattress could of been a little harder as when lying on my side felt hard on my hips. One of the cups had a chip in it. Unfortunately due to exceptional wind the fan was rattling all night. Floor very cold.

There were insects like bugs and beetle’s which keeps on coming while the door is opened.

Information provided was excellent, no issues locating the site or my pod. Parking was nice and close to the pods. The pod was clean and in good order. Very well equipped although I would suggest a couple of very minor additions (lamp/hooks). The pod was very cozy and warm when I arrived and seemed to retain heat well. I didn't need the heater for much of my stay despite it being max 5° outside. Because everything was so well organised and the accommodation clean and in good condition, I had no reason to contact the owners/staff. I had a lovely, comfortable stay with my 2 dogs. All in all, a great little getaway with lovely views. I've already recommended to everyone I know who would appreciate this sort of accommodation.

I would suggest adding a small lamp or dimmer switch for lights. In the evening when relaxing, it would be nice to have an alternative to the main lights. I would also suggest a few extra hooks/pegs for hanging coats/bags/dog leads. My only criticism would be that the bedding could do with renewing. It was clean and adequate but notably thin and tired. I did notice some old stains when stripping the bedding when I left. But I stress, it was clean.

Very peaceful and you can relax. Of course, the owners keep it clean. A very nice and quiet place.
