Motuoapa Bay Chalets

Everything was provided from towels, blankets, pillows, and items required if you wanted to cook. Talked to the receptionist leading up to our arrival, to check if bedding was provided. She was very pleasant and accommodating and the information I received over the phone was confirmed by email. Property is close to a busy road, however we had an excellent sleep as you could not really hear any traffic noise. The lock box is an excellent idea, as arrival time was not a factor. I would recommend this accommodation to others. Our chalet was for two people with a queen bed provided.

The bed was a bit too soft for me which was a memory foam matteress, otherwise no other issues.

Very clean and tidy.worth for money. There were all the facilities for stay with a little kitchen. We really love the place. Highly recommended.

Smart TV was glitching on certain apps especially the Disney app not sure why maybe it needs an software update.

Easy to find the place and quiet. Value for the money. Good size two bed rooms. Good bathroom with a shower booth. Clean and warm. It has a power supply on the wall outside. Well equipped for 4 persons.

We felt the bed sheet was bit damp for some reason.
