The only sound is the birds singing and an odd nicker from the horse next door. Perfect place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of life. Simon and Cheryl where great hosts and great communicators Nearby beaches where spotless Would definitely recommend to anyone

Everything about Birdsong Lodge is terrific. The ornamental garden is beautiful and super dog safe and friendly. This place really is great for furry friends and the hosts are very generous and friendly, even offering to BBQ food for us, but also respected our privacy 100% whilst there.

Lack of table in the actual property. Even a couple of little tables would improve as we had to put glasses and cups on the floor.

The cabin was wonderful quirky, quiet but charming, it was open plan and set in beautiful gardens. Our slightly nutty lab was made to feel more than welcome and the cabin had everything we could hope for including wifi and a big tv. The host was so helpful we recieved a little message the morning we woke suggesting where we should go.... We did, and had a lovely day. Bed was very comfortable and we can't wait to return. Just beautiful :)
