Astoria Life Hotel

The staff are lovely especially the bar staff . They do make great cocktails with what they have . The chef will try make you anything if you ask him . Hotel very good price 😊nice personal touch .

They do all inclusive but with only vodka gin beer or wine no rum no whiskey no brandy .

Staff were friendly good

No WiFi google in room electricity was very weak not working 😕 😑 😒 🙄 😐 🤔 😕 😑

Benim için tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu bu otel otelin karşısında karaoke bar tarzinda bi yer vardi 1 e kadar uyuyamadik hersey dahildi ama hic bisey yok gibiydi otelde 5 kişi varmiş bu yuzden acik büfe degildi ne getirirlerse onu yedik diyebilirim kahvalti yinede biraz guzeldi çalışanlara asla sözüm yok hepsi cok iyi ve cok ilgiliydiler istekleriniz hemen karşılanıyor çözüm odaklı temizlik konusunda da temizdi bence mutfak personeli olsun servis yapan arkadaslar olsun resepsiyon olsun hepsine teşekkür ediyorum güler yüzleri için

The staff were friendly enough.

Very noisy at night as its in an area with bars who play music or offer kareoke. The hotel bar was hidden away and the drinks were limited. The food was often cold and like the drinks, choices were limited. Could of been down to the fact apart from 2 or 3 days i was lucky if i saw 10 other guests?

Location is great, pool is nice and the staff is friendly. For the price you can't complain about the food and drinks.

The beds are really uncomfortable. Also as it's in the centre, it's really loud till late. You hear the music in your room and I couldn't sleep.

Location was great but only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The rooms were dirty, no housekeeping- 5 days after arriving I had to ask them to empty our bins, change bedding & towels. That was the only time our bedding was changed in 14 nights. Ants all over the dining area next to drinks dispenser, shortage of cups & glasses during dining. Bar area was filthy, limited drinks. Staff were not very accommodating, made us feel more of a hindrance. On our last day we were told to checkout by 12 midday, we asked for a late check out & were happy to pay the fee of 40 euros but we were told the room was not available & there was no where for us to shower before being picked up at 6pm to go the the airport. We were also told we had to leave our luggage in the reception for 6 hours as there was no room for them to put be put in a secure area. The hotel was empty and yet they insisted that the hotel was full. I could see housekeeping had not been to our room as we were leaving the hotel at 5.40pm, so very confused as to why we could not have kept our room until then. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel was in a great location, central to shops and restaurants. Easy to walk to anywhere, and close to the beach. This was a big plus. The downside to the location was the noise as night. Close to a couple of bars, including kareoke. Was very noisy trying to sleep, sound proof very poor. Pool area was nice. Small and cosy which was fine for us. Bar near the pool serving drinks. Never had to queue. Room was modern. Looked nice, had a balcony. Beds where quite hard so a little uncomfy for me but not terrible. Water given daily and has a fridge is handy. Good aircon. Lift to top floor. Food was ok. Not much choice and not much for british but we managed and we also ate out. Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Especially the older gentleman at meal times, I didnt get his name, he was lovely. The area is great for shopping, lots of good fake shops nearby. Nice restaurants also. We had a turkish bath and did a boat trip. Had a lovely 3 night break.
