"We had a very pleasant weekend staying at the Granville Queen to celebrate our anniversary!"

The breakfast was very nice! More than that though we appreciated the cold bottles of water that were available 24/7 for guests. It was a hot, muggy weekend and cold water was a must!

The gap under the doors is fairly large, so the hallway light being left on at night could be seen pretty brightly in our room. I understand the need to leave a light on for folks, but maybe a dimmer option would work better?

The beauty of the Inn was exceptional. From the ceiling on the main floor to the furniture, it was all beautiful. Breakfast was also a real treat and the service was great! The location was perfect, being so close to all the historical areas that we could walk to.

The 2 bathrooms just inside the front door were over flowing with trash in the trash cans.

It was all good…it’s not a deal breaker but wish breakfast was a bit more interesting.

"While the staff and location made it an acceptable overnight stop, I’m really glad I wasn’t staying more than one night."

The staff was fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is walkable to the main downtown strip, but it’s not well-lit, and there aren’t sidewalks on all blocks.

It’s in need of some major updates, especially for the price they’re changing. The bathroom was very worn, and the main floor has that unpleasant old house odor.
