"Not very pleasant, paid for a luxury hotel stay but don’t have the hotel feel stay."

The lobby is bright and nice

The corridor is too hot, aircon not on. The wifi is no good. Bad connection. The living room area is quite dusty. The toothpaste come in paper package, once open cannot be seal, not unhygienic. Hand towel no proper place to hang. No rubbish bin available in the kitchen. Room not tidy up despite placing make up room signage and rubbish not cleared. Room was not ready for check in at 3pm. The sofa is fabric is quite dirty.

"A pleasant Putrajaya stopover"

Mercure Living Putrajaya was an excellent stopover during our drive from Penang back to Singapore. The property feels modern and well-maintained, with spacious apartment-style rooms that provide plenty of space for families or longer stays. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, yet food options are plentiful as it is within walking distance of two malls, making dining and shopping very convenient. The complimentary parking was a welcome convenience, especially for those travelling by car. Customer service was excellent throughout our stay, with friendly and attentive staff making the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. One area for improvement would be the lounge operating hours. The lounge currently closes at 7pm, which feels relatively early compared to many hotel lounges. Extending the operating hours slightly would allow guests more time to relax and enjoy the facilities after a day of travel or sightseeing. Overall, Mercure Living Putrajaya offers great value, comfort and convenience. With its spacious rooms, excellent service and strategic location, I would not hesitate to stay here again for future road trips between Malaysia and Singapore.

Location and accessbility to shopping centre.

The toilet emits an unpleasant smell. Believe its the drainage system. Hope the management can take an urgency into this matter. Its a pity if the management dont , because the hotel just commissioned 2 years ago. And the housekeeping needs to be better at cleaning the toilet. The tiles and sink has stains.
