"Great location. Front desk staff not very helpful. No first aid kit."

The location is very convenient if you have activities surrounding Putrajaya and it's also attached to a mall. So it's convenient if you need a quick bite or shop.

The reception staff are not super helpful. The bellboy is very good though. We had an accident during our stay which requires the usage of a bandage, went to the reception to request for a first aid kit, and was informed that the hotel DOES NOT HAVE ANY FIRST AID KIT at side. Which I think was a bit odd. Thankfully they had wheelchairs for us to use and basically wheeled the injured person to a clinic.
