VISIMO Apartments Steigerstrasse St Gallen - Modern Living near OLMA & Hospital

The quiet location and the private parking albeit an expensive additional payment. The bed was very comfortable and supportive for my back, also ample space for clothes storage. The kitchen was good which we used during our 4 night stay but the utensils were basic and there was no bread knife and board. Access was easy and communications with the hosts were good. The weather was in the 30’s so having thr cooling tower blasting out cool air was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

The frying pan was aluminium and not a non stick one, there was no bread knife and board. There was a television but we couldn’t seem to get the basic channels.

The location is some way off the city center.

Quiet and comfortable.

The apartment was well located with access to public transportation. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. We highly appreciated the design and cleaness of the apartment.

The only issue with this place is parking. For street parking, payment must be made to the municipality, but there is no clear information on how to do this. Parking on the hotel premises cost per night.

We enjoyed the casement windows in each room plus the bathroom. The views were lovely. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathroom floor was never cold on our feet. The beds were comfortable. The lessor was responsive.

The room is on a high floor and you must walk up with your luggage. Also, the washing machine, and the waste recycling, is in the basement. It was daunting enough after walking up to the room, we elected not to use the washer.

The apartment was nice, modern furniture and all very clean. The reason I gave 7 is because the description of my apartment did NOT correspond to the truth. It was indicated that there was a terrace with the possibility of dining outside, in reality there is not a private terrace, but a shared garden. It is the first time that I find an apartment that did not correspond to the description, I contacted both the apartment assistance and the booking assistance (as usual very efficient) and I hope that the description will be modified and clarified to avoid other guests being disappointed.
