Nous n'avons jamais reçu les codes d'accès pour pouvoir accéder à l'hôtel alors que nous arrivions tardivement. Il a fallu appeler hotel.com car la réception était injoignable pendant 2 jours. Que fait le personnel ?????

total schreckliche zustand. Es befand sich überall grossen Spinnen riesiege. Blut flecken auf Bett. wc mit kake spuren von alten Gast.
