The property looks dirty and very insecure.

They have kitchen But theres bugs flying No trash cans/toilet seat too loose Cant complain all amenities stated before booking didnt happened and only 1 bottle of water was given

While the community bath was an experience, ( It is a guest house after all) The rest was great. The rooms were as advertised, clean and comfortable. If you need an inexpensive place to stay for a few nights in Newark or a place to crash for your red-eye this is an excellent choice.

The Host was nice and respectful. The area was clean and sanitized.

For the price paid, was ok, but place was dirty.

I did not recognize the house at first because they had no sign but it was easy to get there. It’s a bit pricey for the room because I had to pay an extra for cleaning services so it was very close to a hotel room price. Overall the location is convenient and communication was great.

To clean the property

The location feels very unsafe. There is no private bathroom in the rooms which you need to share with others. This was not stated in the descriptions. We immediately left after seeing the property. A disappointing experience with hotels.com. I consider less and less using this platform as it allows subpar hosts to rip off customers.
