Excellent location right near the lake. There was a lift to the third floor so only a few stairs to the apartment. Lovely property with lots of original features and decor. The area around the property was busy but things went quiet from 11pm and it was peaceful even with the windows open. It is also a very safe location. There was a washing machine, and a powerful air con unit in the main room.

Not really a negative - it’s very typical of many Italian properties in that it is very easy to overload the power and trip the fuse. Also the water is from a heater rather than a boiler so last person showering might get cool water. It just takes a little bit of planning and all works well. It’s all part of the character of the place so don’t let it put you off, I loved staying in this apartment and it was great value for money.

Great area to be in, being a quiet zone was brilliant.

Double bed mattress needs replacing it’s on the edge of becoming uncomfortable.

Location could not have been any better, it was amazing, lovely spacious apartment, quite dated but this gave it a typical Italian vibe which was lovely, comfortable beds and lots of accessories such as hairdryer, iron, washing machine, kitchen utensils ect. Lovely touch of a few treats on arrival also.

The floor was very dirty in the apartment, if this had not have been it would easily be a 10/10 for me

The place is very spacious, the kitchen has everything we needed. And the location is right in heart of the town. I would definitely stay again.

How to throw the garbage, it was explain where to throw it but not that I needed the keys card to unlock the bin. It was confusing. Also the heater in the bathroom was stuck at maximum. We were not able to turn it off or down. The temperature in general was very hot. A little maintenance is needed.

The air conditioner was in working order for 2 days then it stopped working and after 2 technicians came to look at it , the second said it needed to be replaced. However no replacement took place and we were there for 11 days in the 4 th floor apartment and is was stifling. I will not recommend the 4th floor apartment at all to any travellers whilst in the current condition. I left a day earlier than my departure date due to the disappointment of the air conditioning situation not being fixed. Have added photos. Should not be advertised as luxury apartments.
