Loved it! everything was great!

I liked the location and the fact that everything was new. The location was clean. The lady at the front desk waited till it was later for our arrival.

The cleaning ladies would NOT understand NOT to go inside of your room. The rooms would need some soundproof improvements. You could hear everything your neighbours were talking. A DND sign would be wonderful. The beach view is relative because it's not a beach front. The front desk ladies are nice, but they are sometimes ignoring your requests. Like sending a message to the cleaning ladies to not enter your room.

- poor internet - loud neighbours around the property

The accommodations were very good, the room was clean, the personnel were friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended.

It was very clean, spacious and close to the beach.

The shower did have any glass so the water was everywhere in the bathroom.

Property is at the top level. The room is extremely clean and has a modern design. Comfort is present both in the room and on the terrace with a view of Mount Olympus.

I liked everything.

The reception staff, consisting of a morning and an afternoon attendant, provided exceptional customer service. Their assistance was outstanding, consistently going above and beyond to meet our needs.

While the property was new and clean, there was one issue that I did not like. Our room was supposed to receive daily cleaning service, including washing dishes and changing sheets and towels. However, the cleaning only occurred if we left the room before 8 a.m.; otherwise, it was not completed. Additionally, although each room or suite has dishwashing detergent, it was never used. The cleaning staff would rinse dishes with water, leaving them looking clean but not thoroughly sanitized. I generously tipped the cleaning staff daily, hoping for improved service, but unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, partly due to a communication barrier as they did not speak English. I did not raise this concern with reception, but I am confident that they would have addressed it had I done so.
