Very close to the village with all the restaurants and bars, as well as to the ski resort!

It appeared that there was a hot tub available based on the photos, but it is for private use by the one cabin directly in front of it.

Proximity to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort was fantastic. I loved that you could walk out the door and get to all the shops and restaurants downtown. And you're also extremely close to Holiday Valley, which was perfect. It was great to have a dryer to use, especially for the day where there was freezing rain. Space layout was nice for one couple and a friend.

Place was a bit dingy and somewhat dusty. Would not recommend using the public microwave-it looked pretty gross. Shower left much to be desired.

Excellent location, a perfect ski lodge! We loved our room and the bed was so very comfortable. The main area was welcoming but mostly it was the service, kind, friendly and accommodating. Thank you for making our stay very special.
